Which location should I contact to discuss or visit the warehouse space?
One company, two locations: our registered office is in Taichung; our office, warehouse and food factory are in Changhua. The Changhua Office & Warehouse is the operating site, and the food factory is at the same address. It works best to talk first, then visit: share the product type, expected volume, movement frequency and delivery needs, and the team will review the details and discuss the next step. How can I reach JPYCO, and what if I contact you outside business hours?
Business hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (GMT+8), with a one-hour lunch break; we are closed on weekends and public holidays. I am based outside Taiwan — can I use the inquiry form?
Yes. The form lets you share your destination or shipping country, estimated order size (small, medium, large or not sure yet) and delivery arrangement (self-arranged, sea freight assistance, air freight assistance or undecided), so overseas buyers can start with what they know. JPYCO is your Taiwan-side sourcing and purchasing window. We are not a customs broker or freight forwarder; customs declarations and transport are handled with customs brokers and freight forwarders we coordinate with.
