A WORKING WAREHOUSE

A well-run warehouse starts with understanding the goods.

Every product has a different footprint, turnover rate and dispatch schedule. We first understand the inventory, then discuss storage and handling that fit your day-to-day operation.

  • 01Storage space
We discuss available space based on your goods and movement needs.
  • 02Warehouse coordination
Support for picking, consolidation and inbound or outbound arrangements.
  • 03Delivery coordination
Delivery arrangements can be discussed alongside customs, freight and labour-partner coordination when relevant.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Buyer Questions

Can I arrange storage space only, or do I need to include handling and delivery as well?

Storage space, warehouse coordination and delivery coordination can each be discussed separately or combined, depending on what you need. Storage space is discussed based on your goods and movement needs; warehouse coordination supports picking, consolidation and inbound or outbound arrangements; delivery arrangements can be discussed alongside customs, freight and labour-partner coordination when relevant. Every product has a different footprint, turnover rate and dispatch schedule, so we first understand the inventory, then discuss storage and handling that fit your day-to-day operation. Available space, handling arrangements and service scope are confirmed against the goods and current site conditions.

Can the Changhua warehouse consolidate orders from several suppliers before shipping?

Yes. Consolidation means combining goods from several Taiwanese suppliers into one shipment.

  • One window — we purchase from multiple suppliers and manage the process on your behalf.
  • One warehouse point — goods are received, checked and staged at our Changhua warehouse before dispatch; storage conditions depend on product requirements.
  • One shipment — your consolidated order is handed over to freight partners as a single coordinated delivery.

The consolidation plan — items, quantities and schedule — is confirmed with you before we purchase, so you stay in control.

Is the warehouse in the same place as the food factory?

Yes. One company, two locations: our registered office is in Taichung; our office, warehouse and food factory are in Changhua. Our own food factory registration (No. S0703833) covers our nut manufacturing operation in Changhua. When you source products we manufacture, this registration is part of the compliance picture we can discuss. When you source other Taiwanese products, we act as your sourcing and purchasing window with Taiwanese suppliers — we are not the manufacturer of those items. Registration and compliance details are confirmed per product and per shipment.

What should I share before discussing warehouse space?

Tell us the product type, expected volume, movement frequency and delivery needs. It also helps to mention specific storage conditions, your inbound or outbound rhythm, or a mix of food and daily-essential items, so storage and dispatch can be planned together. The team will review the details and discuss next steps; availability and service scope are confirmed after we review your requirements.

What does the warehouse facility provide?
